the attention to detail was fantastic - from the stylishly decorated rooms to the beautiful garden. It truly felt like stepping back in time to the world of my grandparents. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and the service was superb. Finally, the breakfast was tasty and there was a nice variety of options to choose from.

The room was a bit noisy due to the hotel's location on a main road. However, the overall experience was so amazing that we would definitely return.

The hotel’s location is great, being close to the city center, bus and train stations, and local police. Rooms are spacious, well, furnished, and cleaned daily. the breakfast options are varied and delicious, served in a beautiful garden oasis. Staff is friendly and helpful, going out of their way to satisfy guests’ needs. Guests also enjoyed the on, site restaurant’s 5, star dining offerings.

The lighting in the main building can be improved, as guests had trouble finding light switches on each floor.

The hotel location was great, very close to the city center and easy to find. the food served during breakfast was a delicious treat, and the fact that the room had a view of the garden was a plus.

The noise on the road was quite disturbing, it felt like we were sleeping with the window open when it was closed! the staff seemed a little uninterested in assisting us when we had questions about the area, which made us feel like we were on our own.
